Wow. What an amazing day this has been. I've realized that, as much as I want to see all of London, it just isn't possible in one week's time. There is so much to see and do. Today consisted of a bus tour of the historic sites of London, watching the changing of the guards at Buckingham Palace, walking around Big Ben and Parliament and finally touring Westminster Abbey. It's one thing to see all of these landmarks and buildings on t.v. and in books, but it's even more remarkable to see them in person.
